"Sarah has been amazing through my classes. She has such a way of calming any anxious feelings you may have when you are about to give birth & fully informs you about everything regarding birthing & labour. I felt so empowered & knowledgeable about what I was going to go through that, when the time came & my first contractions started, I was prepared & very calm, something I didn’t think was going to happen as I suffer badly with anxiety. Sarah taught me to listen to my body & my baby. The breathing techniques saved my life in labour, especially as I had 49 hour labour! My partner & I also did the Active Birth course so my partner knew exactly how to help me, calm me & not feel like a spare part. Sarah is truly amazing & I feel like she’s become a good friend. Me & my little one also went along to baby classes which (he loved) every week & would have the biggest smiles for Sarah. It was also amazing to be in an environment where you felt safe & could share anything & everything about motherhood, good & bad & not feel judged. I throughly enjoyed my antenatal class experience & our baby classes I will very much miss the songs & the mums company."

What a treat it was to do Sarah’s online antenatal classes. The wisdom Sarah has is paramount. While currently expecting our third baby, I was keen to do a class but had little knowledge of what was available, I asked around fellow mums and Sarah’s name kept popping up in conversation. I contacted Sarah and was instantly met with a friendly face and kind words. While we are all experiencing the current global situation of covid-19 it meant that we weren’t able to actually meet face to face to do the classes which at first I was a little apprehensive about, but there was absolutely no need to be. The online classes were amazing, incredibly relaxing and a joy to be part of and actually so nice to just fall asleep after the relaxation in my own home. The other mums on the group were so supportive to. Sarah set us all up on a WhatsApp group which has been so nice to be part of. We can all chat freely about any baby/pregnancy, concerns/ideas we have. To have that support has been very welcomed. The classes offer so much, relaxation, gentle yoga movements and stretches and education on active birth. They are so calming, Sarah fills us all with her knowledge in a really gentle way. Her way of demonstrating and explaining things filled me with confidence and reassurance I needed to move onto the next chapter of my pregnancy and giving birth. I highly recommend Sarah to all expectant mums, you will do the course and be filled with not only confidence, but with a deep feeling of relaxation.
